When I first made the transition to the Autoimmune Protocol you know what was the biggest shocker?

It wasn’t the taste of the food (most healthy food tastes WAY better than the processed options out there).

It wasn’t trying to convince my family to join me (that was actually easier than I had anticipated, since the food tastes great).

It was the TIME it took to actually MAKE all that food from scratch!

If you’ve just made the transition (or are thinking about making the switch) then you are probably reading the recipe books thinking, “There is no way that I’ve got three hours today to make this from scratch!”

And frankly, you’re right.

But here’s the thing…

Have you ever wondered how those of us who have been eating this way for years do it?

It’s called “batch cooking” and it’s an absolute science. It takes some learning to get right, but once you figure it out you can cook an entire week’s worth of meals in just two cooking sessions.

Think about that… seven days of home-cooked, allergen-free meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner) in just two sessions per week.

Now, if you are on the Autoimmune Protocol and avoiding grains, beans, eggs, dairy, nuts, seeds, and nightshades, this batch cooking process could be a real life saver.

That’s why I have created a program called AIP Batch Cook to give you all of the tools and resources you need to get started—you get a guide, meal plan, shopping lists, chop lists, instructional videos, and more. I’m also offering it to you at a discounted rate until the end of April!

Since I’ve used the Autoimmune Protocol to recover from two autoimmune diseases myself, I know all about the struggle of trying to find time to cook everything from scratch. I’ve used my background as a personal chef as well as my experience eating this way for over three years to develop this unique resource.
